All tickets ordered online prior to 1 will be processed at 4 on the day they are ordered.If an online order is placed after 1 it will be processed at 4 on the next day the box office is open.An email confirming that we have received your ticket order will be sent to you.Tickets will be held in your name at the Cascade Box Office and can be picked up any day the box office is open prior to the show. You can also pick up your tickets just prior to the show but we suggest you arrive at least 15 minutes early as the box office is sometimes busy on show nights.
The Cascade Theatre does not sell to ticket brokers or resellers and reserves the right to cancel and refund purchases found to be suspect. No tickets are mailed to areas outside our region. Tickets may not be transferred to a second party without purchaser ID.

Only full price tickets can be purchased online. Discounted student and/or senior tickets may be available for some performances held at the Cascade. All discounted tickets must be purchased in person at the Cascade Box Office with appropriate identification. If you need wheelchair seating or have other special needs, please call the box office to purchase tickets.

The Cascade Box Office is located at 1733 Market Street in downtown Redding between Placer and Sacramento Streets.The Box Office is open during the following hours:

Purchase by Phone
The Cascade Box Office phone number is 530.243.8877. Box Office phones are staffed during the hours listed above. However, you may call the Box Office 24 hours a day to order tickets on voicemail. Your call will also be routed into this system if you have called during Box Office hours and all lines are busy. When ordering tickets by phone, please have the following information ready: name and phone number, address, the event, date and time of event, quantity and price of tickets, and VISA or MasterCard number and expiration date. If you order tickets by voicemail, you will be called within two business days to confirm your order. Please note that we do not recommend placing a voicemail ticket order within 48 hours of an event, as we may not be able to fill or confirm your request. All orders will be processed subject to ticket availability.
All tickets must be paid for at time of order. We accept the following methods of payment: cash, check, VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. When ordering by phone, please have your credit card information ready.
Picking Up Your Tickets
Tickets ordered online and by phone will be held at the Cascade Box Office. Please have your phone number and I.D. ready when you pick up your tickets.
Tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to use your tickets to a Cascade/JPR event, you may return them to the Box Office prior to the event and claim them as a charitable donation.

Gift certificates in any denomination can be purchased at the Cascade Box Office. Gift Certificates must be physically present in the Box Office to be redeemed.
